Initial task - Present your proposal to the class

Research

Scan a range of data that is relevant to your proposal. This could include:

1. Demographics - local/national  - Whitefriars footfall and demographics
2. Societal changes - evidence of e-commerce usage - perhaps relevant to age, other consumer behavioural changes
3. Economic data - local/national trends
4. Grants/subsidies available
5. Competitors

You will present a summary of your findings to the group. In each case, you must explain the relevance of the data to your proposal

Financial plan

You must list all your miscellaneous costs - utility bills, business rates, wifi, bank loan repayments etc. Explain how you came to that predicted cost

Cashflow  - analyse areas of concern and point out 'danger areas' analyse why
                 - Point out strengths of the cashflow situation

Profit and loss and balance sheet. Ensure these are screen shot and placed neatly heading each statement.
